Damaged / Defective

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may exchange the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. We might request you to share snap shot of the defective product at info@monardonline.com.

We request you not to return shoes with your visible foot impressions on them. Keep them away from any damage and dust. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, you could opt to exchange it for a different product/design; otherwise we will refund your amount.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

Please contact customer support if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

Sizing Problem

We are committed to ensure that you receive the size as requested. In the event that you have a sizing issue with the pair received, or you do not like the pair, you may return the product, unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

We would like to bring to your notice that no refunds will be initiated for sizing issue. In exchange, if the required size is not available, you will be issued a coupon code in the amount of the order/product returned.

The coupon code issued to you will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Non-returnable categories

Merchandise purchased during End-of-Season sale/final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for later.

Returns through Courier Collection

You may contact our Customer Support within 10 days of having received the product and request an exchange. We shall process the pickup subjected to service available in your zip code and to the receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/ exchange or refund may not be possible.

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to the given address. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed to the customer towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code which can be used for future purchase on our website. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Post the pickup, the exchange will be sent to your address within 7-10 days unless specified otherwise.

If monardonlin.com is prevented, restricted, delayed, in the performance of their obligations by force majeure circumstances including but not limited to fire , earthquake, riots which are beyond the control of the monardonline.com, the obligations of monardonline.com which cannot be performed by reason of such force majeure conditions shall remain suspended,

Refunds

We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made.

If the payment was by Credit Card /Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the respective card account or the Net-banking account

Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse

Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
